Description:
Quotation are invited for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a three-year period for Warehouse Support Services. Before 17:00 Hrs. Wednesday June 19, 2024 The Contractor shall: • submit price quote according to SOW and price table contained hereinafter • submit evidence of deep knowledge, strong expertise, and past experience of relevant services (i-e: Company profile) • submit proof of legal existence in Saudi Arabia (i-e: Commercial Registration and VAT Certificate) • provide adequate insurance for their employees, which shall include adequate local insurance meeting all acceptable standards and obtain Defense Base Act* insurance (DBA*) through the Department of Labor (DOL) • include in their bid, all labor, administrative costs and overhead costs • ensure offer is dated, signed, and valid for 30 calendar days after submission • register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (If the offeror is not registered in the SAM, they may do so through the SAM website at www.SAM.gov • submit their offer and documents in the English language
