Text messages and digital connectivity with service providers (BSMSs) Purpose of competition: Due to the increasing number of messages given to the increasing number of text messages used by the platforms and regulations of the Commission and the circuits associated with the service providers, and given the need to maintain the continuity of text messaging service to be sent to transmit verification and recruitment messages to the beneficiaries of the Saudi Authority and Artificial Intelligence Which requires a beneficiary logon, a project for text messages and accessories. There is also a need for a monitoring system to follow the data circuits for text and other districts to consider their consumption, durable and continuous to raise and reduce the possibility of incidental and present follow-up to consumption.
