- Technical Support and Maintenance Project for Government Resources Planning Systems and Electronic Services The purpose of the competition: The Nuclear Control Authority and the Nuclear and Radiological Control Authority want to offer competition to operate, support and maintain the government resources planning system in the authority and its electronic services in order to ensure the continuity of the system's work with all its components without obstacles or problems that may hinder daily work, by providing support The appropriate technical and maintenance in addition to implementing promotions on the operational components of the systems to enhance performance and reliability during the project period. The scope of work for this project includes all the following: • Technical and consulting support and maintenance of all components of the government resources planning system used in the authority in addition to self -services in all its components throughout the contract period. • Professional services to align the workflow for requests and approval with the new organizational structure in the authority. • Implementing promotions and updates on the operational components of the systems and increasing the workflow capacity to bear the additional number of systems users. • Providing full support to align and deport data to any other alternative system that the authority applies to its own environment or with the authority responsible for government resource systems in the Kingdom during the contract period.
