Quotation are invited for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Social Media/ Digital Multimedia Video Production Services. Information Submission: Interested parties should submit their information to the Embassy Procurement Office at the following email address before 17:00 Hrs. Thursday December 16, 2021: RivadhContracting@state.gov. No information will be accepted after this time. Interested parties are advised to send all documents in one pdf file. U.S. Embassy Riyadh seeks a creative photographer/vidieographer responsible for delivering contracted digital photography/multimedia video production projects from start to finish. The Digital Photography/MuItimedia Video Production Contractor will be skilled at shooting and producing various video and/or still photography materials for various projects and Embassy's initiatives. The purpose of this contract is to create digital photography/multimedia video products that will engage Saudi audiences. Possible Embassy initiatives under consideration include a New Year video, video about education in the United Stales, and National Day video. The Digital Photography/Video Production Contractor will assist the agency in efforts to educate and inform the Saudi public using video and still photography through the Web, social media, events, and broadcast as needed. Videos Videos produced will vary in length but will most commonly be short form videos ranging from 15 seconds to two minutes. Occasionally, longer and more comprehensive products may be required, for which the Embassy will provide advance notice. Video topics will vary depending on the needs of the Embassv.
