Description:
the Service Provider will provide maintenance to the Biometrics Access Control Systems at Kusile Power Station Project which shall include: • Perform preventative maintenance on Biometrics Access Control Systems as determined by the Employers representative at the Employers premises. The Service Provider shall have resident resources on site. • Provide support on the Enterprise Building Integration (EBI) Database server and client workstations ensuring that software patches to Operating System and applications are upgraded and running latest versions of firmware. • Replacement of faulty peripherals and installation of new devices for expansion of services due to additional building offices or renovations taking place at the construction site. Service Provider shall ensure adequate spare parts buffer kept on site for quick response time to faults. • Generation of database reports from Biometrics Access Control System and other ad hoc re- configurations as required by the Employer from time to time. On-going SQL script developments depending on ever changing Employer-s requirements to ensure that the reports are meeting the Employer-s needs. The above scope shall be carried out to cover the maintenance of the entire Kusile Construction Site access points which include: • South Gate turnstiles & boom gates • North Gate turnstiles & boom gates • East Gate boom gates • Induction building turnstiles • Construction Management building • Canteen turnstiles • Units turnstiles
