The purpose of competition: The Kingdom's Vision 2030 included an initiative. The Kingdom's Vision 2030 included an initiative to improve the urban scene in Saudi cities, which seeks to address visual distortions in Saudi cities, either by removal, reform or construction, so that Saudi cities become free of visual distortions. Therefore, this competition is an executive practice of the initiative, aimed at raising the efficiency of King Fahd Road in a manner commensurate with the design standards supporting to improve the urban scene and form consecutive urban arenas that create an interaction between road users and in turn is an attraction for investors.
