Tenders are invited for Provision of Material Contracts (Pharmaceuticals, Laboratory Reagents, Medical Consumables, and Minor Instruments) including manpower to KJO Hospital Each intending bidder may purchase the tender documents upon payment of Saudi Riyals Four Thousand (SR 4,000) or Kuwaiti Dinars Three Hundred and Twenty (KD 320) only which is non-refundable by visiting our Contracts Department at AlKhafji, Saudi Arabia, or KGOC-s Kuwait Office located in Al- Ahmadi, Tender & Contracts Section. The bidder may visit our KJO website: www.kjo.com.sa and follows the path; E- Services Tendering Contractors Ongoing Tenders to review part of tender documents, before purchasing. The sale of Tender Documents will be effective from Mar. 10, 2024, until 10:00 AM, Mar. 25, 2024. A Pre-Tender meeting will be held at Medical Services Dept., (MSD), at Al-Khafji Joint Operations, Saudi Arabia, at 10:00 AM local time on Mar. 25, 2024. Attending the Pre- Tender Meeting is Mandatory Bidders shall have at least Five (5) years of experience in the Provision of Material Contracts (Pharmaceuticals, Laboratory Reagents, Medical Consumables, and Minor Instruments) including manpower with a minimum project value of not less than United States Dollars Twenty Million (US $ 20 million) which shall not be less than US $ Four (4) million Per Year, otherwise the bidder will not be ACCEPTABLE and technically disqualified for this Tender”. Bidders shall be required to provide an irrevocable bank guarantee ("Bid Bond") from a bank in Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, in the amount of United States Dollars Two Hundred Thousand (US$200,000.00) only, to warrant the bid proposal. Such bank guarantee shall be on behalf of the bidder himself and valid for (120) days from the closing date of the tender, any bid proposal received without the said bank guarantee will be rejected. The bid proposal shall be delivered by hand-delivery or thru courier service to the Contracts Department in Al-Khafji Joint Operations, Al-Khafji, Saudi Arabia on or before the closing date 14:00 Hours, Monday, Apr. 22, 2024 of the time stipulated in the tender document.
