Description:
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is a specialized agency of the United Nations with its Headquarters in Rome, hereby solicits proposal for Provision of fertilizers, pest-control substances and other maintenance services.The Contractor shall provide IFAD with application of fertilizer, pest-control substances and associated services for 40 farms in the following locations:- Blghazi (4 farms) - Al Ardhah (12 farms)- Fayfa (6 farms)- Aldayer (12 farms)- Al Rayth (3 farms),- Harroub (2 farms)- Baish (1 farm)Timely provision of below listed services: • 3-months after-sales service and warranty• Items offered should be covered by at least 3 months- warranty from the date of delivery to the purchaser/procuring entity and their acceptance. Goods offered shall be new, unused and based on the manufacturer-s current and most recent model. Testing at the end of warranty will ensure that all equipment, services, items, etc. are functioning as intended; any failure in such tests will entitle the Client to order fixing the defect within a period of 10 days; otherwise the Client will forfeit the performance security as well as reduce the contract price by the amount of no...
