The purpose of competition: Strategic planning management needs strategic planning management and the Project Management Office at the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships Application of a system for strategy management and project portfolio management. The centered system will enable the planning, management and effective communication of the center's strategic goals with all business units and raise the level of their business with the strategic goals. Strategic Planning Department needs to automate the approved performance management procedures, which include defining the main performance indicators, collecting data from the relevant departments, and calculating the value of indicators according to the equations to know each indicator. Finally, the Strategic Planning Department and the Project Management Office need a system that allows them to develop the comprehensive work plan for the center, determine the project portfolio and the road map, and monitor the implementation status of all projects from a strategic perspective.
