The purpose of competition: 1. Evaluation, identification and modernization of the framework 1. Assessment, identification and modernization of the organizational framework for the safety of current civil aviation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure compliance with the system of civil aviation, other relevant national laws and international obligations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the latest aviation industry updates with the situation The size and complexity of the Saudi aviation sector. 2. Strengthen the effective implementation of the eight critical elements by the General Authority for Civil Aviation, with the exception of the critical elements of the Aviation Safety Control System, as provided for in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) document No. 9734 Part A. 3. Establishment of a safety and effective safety control system based on data and risk is supporting effective implementation of the eight crucial elements, with the exception of critical elements 3-4, from the aviation safety control system as provided for in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) document 9734.
