The purpose of the competition: The purpose of the project is to carry out the maintenance and operation of the lighting network of streets, gardens, corniche and waterfronts in Qatif Governorate, including the new plans received and expected to be received during the contract period, including the areas that are being rehabilitated according to their administratively approved geographical boundaries in addition to carrying out all other services included in the project Such as maintenance of the lighting network in gardens, green spaces, the network of squares, intersections, bridges, bridges, roundabouts, models, aesthetics, and entrances to Al-Qatif Governorate, the pillars of the squares and the stands of the municipality buildings in addition to the external lights installed on them according to its general plans and within its administratively approved geographical boundaries, in addition to carrying out all other services included in the project in order to provide everything It is necessary to reach the highest level in terms of operation and maintenance of the lighting network, as well as any areas that the municipality needs to do the necessary maintenance and that are within the same scope in the Qatif Governorate.
