Description:
Managed Technology Management Project The purpose of competition: This document is a request for the project for managed technology management and business application management in public administration of information technology, which includes the operation and development and maintenance of services and technical support for users in accordance with the best global practices and provide added value to traditional services. The supplier provides managed services for 24 months starting July 1, 2021, the transition period will begin by three months at a minimum cost of the Commission and ensuring the transfer of experiences and services and without an additional cost. The resource and with the Commission can also transfer human resources from the current contract resource (as needed), and the Commission is also entitled to transfer any human resources from the current resource to the new resource at the end of the contract. The documents used during this project must be in Arabic and English, but such as technical documents can be in English.
