Process of external references and financial reports of the Commission The purpose of competition: The Commission calls on specialized companies to apply its offer to implement this project by compliance with the comprehensive audit standards issued by the General Observation and Public Observer Budgetary Authority in accordance with the requirements and conditions in the request, taking into account that all offers will be made between them According to the following criteria: • Clarity presented, and its consistency for all technical, administrative and financial aspects. • Previous and current experiences and activities for presentation in similar projects with government agencies. • Possibilities, technical and technical instruments provided by the offer that contributes to the implementation and delivery of services for the project. • Appropriate cost and justification. • The provider must provide what proves its technical, administrative and financial capabilities, and its specialized experience required to perform all business covered by the project successfully in accordance with the conditions required by this request. The Commission intends to see the project contract in accordance with the system of competitions, government procurement, executive regulations, reciprocities and prospects for him.
