Date of opening of the Technical Bids 22nd May, 2023 IMPORTANT DATES- Tentative Release of Request For Proposal (RFP) 20lh April, 2023 Last date for Submission of Written Questions by Bidding Companies 27"1 April, 2023 *Pre- Bid Conference 4* May, 2023 Response to Written Queries & queries raised in the pre-bid conference 11* May, 2023 Issue of Corrigendum, if any 14,h May, 2023 Last Date for Submission of bids 22nd May, 2023 Date of opening of the Technical Bids 22nd May, 2023 Announcement of results of Technical Bids 5"1 June, 2023 Date of opening the Financial Bids 11* June, 2023 Award of Contract 271" June, 2023 (Tentative) The Bidding Company must deposit a Bid Security (EMD) of US$ 2,59,935.00 (eqv. Saudi Rivals (SAR) 9,56,676 (@5% of the tender value), in the form of Bank Guarantee^) (BGs), drawn in favour of Embassy of India, Riyadh (as per Proforma at Annexure J). [Tender value is average annual service fee of three-year pre-Covid period i.e. Jan-Dec 2017, Jan-Dec 2018 and Jan-Dec 2019 multiplied by total period of contract (three years) [i.e. annual service fee of three years pre-Covid period divided by three and multiplied by total period of contract (3 years)]. The EMD should be valid for 45 days beyond the final bid validity period [i.e. last date of bid submission + six months + forty-five days. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within 30 days of announcement of results of Technical Bids, except in the case of selected bidding company whose Bid Security (EMD) deposit shall be retained till it has provided Bank Guarantees (BGs) as indicated under Chapter X: Bank Guarantees (BGs) of this document. _
