Auto Investor Care Center The purpose of competition: The investor care center is one of the important means of assisting the Ministry of Investment for the implementation of the Ministry's strategies of providing excellent services and high quality for investors. A link between the ministry and the investor should also be delivered through various communication channels as part of the vision of the ministry to follow up the requests and complaints of customer complaints and make sure to respond to them and the extent of performance. Therefore, the Ministry of Investment is considered to assign the functions of the investor care center for an operator who serves its customers with standards and regulations and under the supervision of the ministry and commitment to the conditions and requirements mentioned in this brochure. With a view to providing professional and distinct services to investors and a high service level and establish new communication channels to reach the biggest slice of investors.
