Operation and maintenance of Jubail Industrial College
The purpose of the competition: Under this contract, the contractor shall provide the contract, according to this contract, equipment, materials, and all supplies, as well as carry out all the necessary operations required to implement and accomplish the following work, shown in more detail in this contract, according to the terms and conditions of this contract. The scope of work for this project must include the operation and maintenance of the Jubail Industrial College Complex of the Royal Commission. Jubail Industrial College consists mainly of fifty (50) buildings on the college campus. The scope of services - but not limited to - must include all buildings, installations, electrical installations, and mechanical buildings, such as: the internal water supply network, the sewage water network, plumbing work, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, elevator, and firefighting systems , Systems to report breakdowns, loudspeakers, and main clock systems. The scope of work also includes the refrigerated water unit and swimming pool operations, according to the conditions, specifications and contract documents shown in item No. (2) of this contract.
