Operation and maintenance of the General Administration Building
Purpose of competition: The project aims to operate, maintain and clean the General Administration of Gardens building and the buildings attached to it, including fences, parking lots, corridors and roads, and include the operation and maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire networks, gardens attached to them, palm works, fountains, etc. Pumps, irrigation networks, and any other works required by the site or any emergency work inside or outside the buildings with loading and unloading work, maintenance of furniture, etc. Therefore, the contractor who applies for this process must have the capabilities and sufficient experience to carry out the works subject of the contract to the required level
