Description:
Maintenance of Bhara Municipality The purpose of competition: The contract range includes the implementation of all routine and preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance in terms of quantities and price categories, in accordance with technical conditions, technical specifications and methods as detailed later in general and private technical conditions within the municipality of Bahra. Routine maintenance and preventive maintenance include all maintenance and reform work for each region or a major street through maintenance decisions issued by the Asset Unit and in accordance with the priorities of its implementation specified. As routine maintenance includes processing and repairing of communications from the Secretariat (940) or municipal lecturer or notes received from managers. Emergency maintenance includes acts directed by the contractor through the employer or its representative and do not be issued by the assets unit to be within the items expressed and calculated and have specific price categories of this contract.
