Improving municipal control in the partnership between the public and private sectors to implement control work for the Secretariat of the Hail region. The purpose of the competition: When the Secretariat needed a denial when the Secretariat needed to implement municipal control services in the fields of (health and markets) for the benefit of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing. The Secretariat seeks to obtain a competitive choice for the private sector to implement municipal control work that follows the issuance of licenses, in the fields of health and markets within the scope of the services of the Secretariat of the Hail region and the sub -municipalities. The supervision (which follows the issuance of licenses is intended to check for the verification that the facility adheres to the standards and regulations set by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural and Housing Affairs after this facility obtained the license). The main goal of the partnership project is to improve the quality and results of control work in the targeted sectors. It also seeks to implement the works to one of the bidding providers who prove that they have the technical, administrative and financial capabilities, and the specialized experience required to perform all the works covered by the project with complete success according to the conditions required by this call.
