Financial services portal project
The purpose of the competition: The competition is a project to develop the financial services portal for the activities and business of the transport sectors through the automation of services processes and the development of the workflow for the related internal services. Data and developing it in a way that serves the authority and decision-makers by relying on existing data and developing methodologies, procedures and tools that enable the authority to do so. The bidder must provide the financial services portal to manage and support the technical initiatives of the Public Transport Authority. The executing company must adhere to the implementation of the scope of work below in accordance with best practices, as the project aims to study the current situation of financial services related to the billing system associated with the operations of the Authority-s gates (transport, connection, statement, rental, city entry gate, buses, fare and other technical systems) And collection services - affiliated with the Ministry of Finance - and violations and objections in the Authority and a new design was developed to develop a portal that covers these services in addition to integration with internal systems and external entities.
