Establishing the urban observatory (first stage)
The purpose of the competition: Based on the Cabinet Resolution No. Based on Cabinet Resolution No. 475 and the date of 09/07/1439 AH, the judge approved the regulation of the work of the work of regions and cities development bodies, which includes the application of indicators of improving and measuring the efficiency of urban performance and given the importance of the participation of all development partners in the work of the observatory Al -Hadary in the Aseer Region Development Authority produced indicators, scholars and reports that directly contribute to resolving many development issues, as the Observatory of the Asir region is considered a help to us after God in advancing the development process in the region and preserving the special nature, and therefore this project works to establish and operate the urban observatory of the Asir region and the link With the National Observatory and other local observatories, it is considered one of the tools affecting the development decisions in the region through the urban, social, economic, environmental and tourism fields and local administration.
