Draft Consultative Study of the Digital Sector from the IP Perspective The purpose of competition: The Commission aims to organize the areas of the Commission to organize and support the areas of intellectual property in the Kingdom, support, care, protection, enforcement and promotion in accordance with the best global practices. To achieve the development of the intellectual property sector in the digital sector and to ensure the inclusion and quality of enforcement operations, the Saudi IP Authority is seeking an integrated advisory study that will help implement these goals and raise compliance with the digital market market as well as improve and raise the proportion of compliance with trade and individuals with regard to this Protecting rights holders in the area of digital sector, for example, electronic programs, digital media in all kinds, in addition to digital advertising, digital content, electronic games, etc. The Commission also seeks to reduce the violations that may occur in this sector and accordingly wish to study an integrated involvement of the current status of the target digital sector as well as a standard and consultative study that this study is the basic substrate to raise the level of intellectual property respect in the digital sector Saudi Arabia and IP protection through innovative solutions.
