Details: The Ministry of Tourism announces its desire to rent a building in the city of Riyadh for a period of 36 AD, according to the following conditions: First engineering requirements for the property: • The total area of the real estate's office space is not less than (350 square meters) and not more than (450 square meters). • It is preferable for the building to be newly created and that it is not more than five years old. • It is preferable for the property to fall on a vital and main street, an interface, a teacher, clear. • That the site be on the ground floor on the front of the street or inside a public activities and square. • The property must contain safety systems such as fire extinguishers, extensions, fire alarms, smoke and emergency exits. • The property includes external and basements that accommodate at least 25 parking. • The property contains security systems, surveillance cameras and an integrated security system. • The property contains a central air conditioning system. • Provides movement elements for people with disabilities. • Attach the certificate of the integrity of the property's construction system in all respects, and the owner bears the costs of repairing any structural defects or waterproofing for ceilings and electrical extensions throughout the period of the contract flowing and repairing the lessor. • J ...
