Development of electronic platform and mobile phone application for high-efficiency air conditioning initiatives The purpose of competition: The Center is seeking to sign a company to contract with a specialized company to carry out development, operation, maintenance and technical support for the current electronic platform and mobile application of the air conditioner's initiative, which aims to stimulate citizens to replace low-efficiency air conditioners with homemade "nets" air conditioners High efficiency and match for minimum standard power efficiency (MEPS), by providing a financial incentive for each replacement air conditioner, which contributes to increased demand for air conditioner (homemade) and rationalize energy consumption in buildings. Which contributes to mitigating the government burden to produce, generate electric power and conservation of natural resources.
