The purpose of the competition: The Public Corporation for Monulation does not own the Saline Water Desalination Corporation, pipelines that extend across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the pipeline transported desalinated water from operating stations to cities. Many of the pipeline may occur in a blockage and cause pumping failure. In this project, updated techniques for sensing, artificial intelligence and simulation will be used to manufacture a robot that can crawl inside the tubes, exploration and clean it during the flow of water and without closing the line. The competition is a design and manufacture of self -guidance (independent) or robot that is controlled remotely is shipped and inserted into the water line during the use of water and without stopping the line, where the robot makes a drawing of the internal frame of the lines to clarify and determine the shape and location of any fractures or cracks in the line and It works on the method of an artificial intelligence system, and the robot will be aware of itself with artificial intelligence for automatic learning to deal with most types of blocking and blockage inside the tubes in cases of separation of external control cables, and deals with all desalination lines with diameters of pipes ranging from 1.2 meters to 2.2 meters even if the tubes are different
