الغرض من المنافسة: Water & Electricity Regulatory Water & Electricity Regulatory Authority (WERA) seeks to engage a Consultant to apply data governance policies and regulations that adopted from National Data Management office (NDMO), and to help it develop the operating model of the data management department, including the departments roles and responsibilities, develop the data requirements and specify the Data platform solution, create a detailed implementation plan. This approach will bring the following benefits: 1. The development of policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities that will govern all aspects of data in the department. 2. The software solutions needed in order to enable and support the objectives and goals of the department.
