- Prequalifications are invited for Cleaning & Janitorial Contract 2024-25. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT & PERFORMANCE DEPOSIT a) The bidders have to submit an Earnest Money Deposit of SR. 10,000/- along with their bids. The Earnest Money of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded. Bids that are not accompanied with the Earnest Money, will be rejected. b) A bank guarantee will be provided by the contractor for a sum equaivalent to 20% of the contract value for a year as a performance guarantee at the time of signing the contract/release of engagement letter. OR The contractor will submit undertaking duly chambered that the 20% amount (as stated above) will be retained/deducted from the monthly invoices in 5 equal installments.
