- Dear Sir/Madam,Reference to your accepted bid in response to our above Tender and we would like to invite you to submit your Best and Final Offer (BAFO) for an amended ToR under existing LTA contract number 9502759-052025 in reflection to “vehicle rental services without driver” for provision of Transportation Services on LTA basis to FAO in Saudi Arabia, mentioned in the below table. The technical aspects of your offered for Transportation Services shall remain identical to those of your original offer dated 06 March 2025: 17:00 (UTC +03:00) Riyad Local Time, however the existing ToR is slightly amended by (need of a car without company driver) within the scope of this BAFO, no modified technical proposals are permitted, and such offer will be rejected. Provision of transportation services are required within revised ToR scope of services for vehicle including fuel cities, suppliers are therefore requested to quote their best commercial offer and offer without company driver services. FAO reserves the right to consider offers for the offered price for the requested vehicles including cities that still meets FAO requirements.Validity: Bids must remain valid with firm and fixed prices for 4 months after Tender Closing Date. FAO reserves the right to reject offers with a shorter validity period as considered non-responsive. During the bid validity period, the Supplier shall maintain without any change the originally offered conditions and prices
