The purpose of the competition: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's vision launched the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 in April of 2016, carrying in its folds a number of strategic and targeted goals to invest the place of strength and upgrade the future of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in planning and establishing digital infrastructure and developing policies and investment with a focus on sustainability As a basic axis and the importance of collective commitment towards facing the current and future energy challenges and climate challenges in an innovative manner and a spirit of responsibility to participate in efforts to build a sustainable future, it shares all this public, private and non -profit sector as well. The Ministry leads several initiatives aimed at developing the digital economy, developing digital infrastructure and raising the level of telecommunications services in various regions of the Kingdom, by stimulating investment and enabling the licensed telecommunications companies to spread communications infrastructure in the governorates of the Kingdom, by providing financial support to the winning operator and developing tools and organizational and technical frameworks.
